Q. What steps do you take before an agreement is made to start a project?
A. In most cases, an initial consultation is used to get a feel for your needs. While Diligent IS has pre-built web site design solutions,
our first priority is to find out what you need. Our sites have the perfect blend of custom development and out of the box management
solutions.
There is no cost for the initial consultation or to generate a statement of work.
Q. What is Site OnCall and how does that work?
A. Site OnCall is a web site management solution (web site application)
built for clients who want to take control of their web sites and manage the information themselves. Site OnCall gives clients full control
of the content, images, database and search engine performance. For the cost of one hour of your developer's time you could do the changes
yourself immediately - and do them right! Also included with Site OnCall are marketing tools that let you monitor your web site's traffic,
and adjust keywords and content appropriately.
Q. Will you only do web site development in Des Moines, Iowa?
A. We can and have worked with companies outside of Des Moines, Iowa. While the majority of our business comes from
companies in Des Moines, companies such as The Covello Group in San Francisco and
